This website is owned and operated by Ventirose (that's me, the sole proprietor). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use my website and services as offered by me. This website offers visitors clothing apparel featuring unique AI-assisted designs. By accessing or using the website or my services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use my website and/or receive my services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. [1.3] Key commercial Terms offered to customers
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices I charge for my products are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change my prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. Sales tax will be collected where required by Washington state law or other applicable jurisdictions.
The fee for the products and any other charges you may incur in connection with your purchase, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method at the time of purchase.
[1.4] Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and I will issue a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) The following products are not eligible for return: damaged, stolen, or replicated items. [1.5] Retention of right to change offering
I may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services. I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. I will aim to notify users of significant changes via email or site notice.
[1.6] Warranties & responsibility for services and products
I provide products "as is" without additional warranties. My liability is limited to the purchase price; I am not responsible for indirect damages.

All designs, graphics, and content on this website are my original work or created using AI-assisted tools under ethical guidelines. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from this site without my express written permission. Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the site are my property or the property of third parties and may not be used without permission.
[1.8] Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts located in Tacoma, Washington, or through binding arbitration at my discretion.
